Come work out to Christian music! When you enter, you will come into a welcoming environment. Each class is a 45-minute session.
An optional part of each class is the prayer circle we offer at the end. We believe that the prayer circle is where our relationships are deepened, concerns and joys are shared, and we come as sisters to the foot of our Lord's throne. This is completely non-denominational.
Aerobics/Toning Class
The first half of our class is a warm-up followed by energetic aerobic dance. You can make the class as basic or advanced as you want by modifying your movements. Your instructor is certified, and will demonstrate the different levels of difficulty for you. Her desire is to safely lead you through the class, but to also inspire you through her words and the music to draw closer to the Lord. The second half of our class involves body toning. We work out with light weights to tone and firm the major muscle groups of the body. The first part of the toning will be standing, the second part goes to the floor. We end our workout with an inspirational and relaxing stretch. We slowly and carefully stretch the muscles we've strengthened.
Toning Class
